SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment, specifically to devices for treating human keratinous tissue, in particular using electric current. Device according to first embodiment comprises at least container containing composition (P) to be applied on keratin fabric, such as cosmetic or dermatological composition, dispensing element for supply of composition contained in container, in particular pump, an end element for applying a composition contained in a container, comprising at least one applicator, wherein the applicator is inserted into a receptacle into which a composition is fed from the container by means of a dispensing member, wherein applicator is configured to move in seat under pressure composition between first position and second position, seat base and applicator limit at least one intermediate accumulation chamber for composition, and when the applicator moves from the first position to the second position, the volume of the intermediate chamber changes, wherein the apparatus further includes a power supply system having an electrode spaced apart from the keratinous tissue and disposed within the end member. In the second embodiment of the device, the maximum volume of the intermediate chamber formed between the base of the seat and the applicator located in the said seat ranges from 5 to 100 microliters (mcl). In the third version, the device is configured to feed the composition onto the keratinous tissue at a flow rate of 0.5 to 20 mcl/s.

EFFECT: use of inventions widens the range of products for cosmetic or dermatological treatment of keratin tissues.
