FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment – processing and conversion of data from inclinometers based on three-axis accelerometers and magnetometers, which are used in geophysical operations using large data technology and machine learning. Method of calibrating an inclination device for determining the spatial position of oil and gas wells is that the inclination meter is calibrated while rotating inside the thermally stabilized device, fixing at each change of its position data from accelerometers and magnetometers and converting them into azimuth, zenith and apsidal angles of inclination. At that, the inclination of the inclination is performed in the whole range of measured angles with simultaneous change of temperature inside the thermally stabilized device in the range from -20 °C to 170 °C, and determination of correlation dependences of measurement results of each of three inclination angles of inclinometer from values of other angles is carried out for each value of heating temperature of inclinometer and intensity of magnetic field inside device. On the rotational axes of the device it is possible to install attenuated measuring devices, namely: on axis of rotation of azimuthal angles fixation of theodolite, and on axes of rotation of antiaircraft and apical angles – optical quadrant.
EFFECT: technical result consists in self-calibration of inclination device, which enables to determine true spatial position in each case.
