FIELD: packers.
SUBSTANCE: packer comprises an eccentric fluid flow barrel having a thread at the ends and a cable conductor connected to end elements having a fluid flow channel and a channel with cable sealing means connecting the barrel cavity for guiding the cable to the annular space. Barrel for cable routing is installed inside barrel for fluid overflow. Barrel ends are inserted into channels of end elements. Ends of the shaft for fluid overflow are connected to end elements by thread having the same pitch and opposite direction of turns.
EFFECT: simplified design.
