SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the biotechnology. Disclosed is a method of extracting bacteria p. Bacillus of rhizoplanes and rhizospheres of root zone of plants. Method involves holding of milled plant roots together with adjacent soil particles in sulfuric acid with concentration of 75 % up to 96 % and temperature t=20-250 °C for 1.5–3 minutes, inoculating on L-agar and culturing at 37 °C for 24 hours.

EFFECT: invention provides recovering a small amount of bacteria colonies from the rhizoplane and rhizosphere of the root zone of plants for further identification by species.
