FIELD: nuclear engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nuclear engineering. Device for fuel element (fuel element) charging is connected by shell loading channel with shell transmitting device. Axes of loading channels of shells and unloading of equipped fuel element are located at ends of horizontal diameter of circle of rotation of centers of seats. Devices for loading accessories (CLD) are installed outside on the housing of the box. Channel for loading fuel column into shell is mounted coaxially with shell loading channel. Stores and stocks CLD are made with possibility of loading into shell or only plug, or only retainer, or only upper plug. Between axes of loading channels of fuel column and unloading of loaded fuel element along rotation circle of centers of seats in series through 45°, counting anti-clockwise from axis of loading channel of fuel column, on left wall of box are mounted CLD loading plug, CLD load retainer and device for dust removal of shell end.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to reduce the angles of rotation of the drum during the fuel rod equipment, to reduce the number and size of pores in the welded seam of the upper plug with the shell.
