FIELD: weapons and ammunition.
SUBSTANCE: unit for securing muzzle device to small arms consists of case with centering element, nut and retainer, and locking element installed in it. Locking element interacts with nut, centering element is rigidly fixed in housing, has central hole, sector ledge, seat for nut with locking element. Seat is arranged with eccentricity relative to central hole.
EFFECT: improved operational characteristics of weapon, ease of operation, reduced time for installation and dismounting of muzzle device, possibility of adjustment of clearance between support surfaces, increased efficiency of muzzle device.
