SUBSTANCE: cantilever muzzle brake comprises a cylindrical housing, a coupling with a tip with internal thread, along the circumference of the coupling fixing housing symmetrically located holes, front cover with through hole, holes are made along cover plate circumference. Coupling and cover are rigidly connected with cylindrical part by means of thread and fixed against unwinding. Inside there are divergers of coil type of various design.

EFFECT: technical result is the stability of the weapon, the possibility of installing the device without causing interference to the standard sighting device on the muzzle section of the barrel, avoiding the possibility of the effect of light flares on the optics of the offshoots, reduced firing sound, reduced impact of harmful substances entering the firing products on the pointer, and suppression of burst of muzzle explosion of powder gases.
