FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering, namely to completely solid-state lithium batteries with reduced volume variation, as a result of charge and discharge, as well as to their production method. Proposed solid-state battery comprises cathode layer, anode layer and solid electrolyte layer formed between cathode and anode layers, note here that said anode layer comprises Si-based active material with mean particle size of less than 2.6 mcm and first solid electrolyte. In the disclosed method, after arrangement of layer of solid electrolyte between anode and cathode layers, obtained structure is squeezed with pressure of 5 MPa to obtain completely solid-state battery. Active material of anode layer with high specific surface area of conductive material tends to reduce internal resistance.
EFFECT: higher specific power of battery is technical result of invention.
