FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cathode material of solid-state battery, to method of its manufacturing, as well as to battery containing it. According to the invention, when producing a cathode mixture by mixing a cathode active material with a layer structure of a rock salt and a sulphide solid electrolyte and when manufacturing completely solid-state battery using cathode mixture during charging of completely solid-state battery from cathode active material oxygen is released, and sulphide solid electrolyte is oxidized, which increases internal resistance of completely solid-state battery. Cathode mixture for a completely solid-state battery comprises: cathode active material and sulphide solid electrolyte, wherein cathode active material has a layer of a structure of a rock salt crystal and includes a composite oxide containing Li, Ni, Co and Mn, and cobalt concentration in inner area of cathode active material is higher than cobalt concentration in surface area of cathode active material.
EFFECT: high concentration of cobalt in the inner region of the cathode active material with a layered structure of rock salt in order to provide high capacity, low concentration of cobalt in the surface area of the cathode active material, suppression of oxygen release during charging, in particular.
