SOLID ELECTROLYTE, COMPLETELY SOLID-STATE ACCUMULATOR AND METHOD OF PRODUCING SOLID ELECTROLYTE Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC H01M10/562

Abstract RU 2704625 C1

FIELD: electrical equipment; chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a solid electrolyte, a method for production thereof and a solid-state battery. According to the invention the solid electrolyte contains element Li, element P, element S, element Br and element I and crystalline phase A, having peak in position 2Θ=20.2°±0.5°, 23.6°±0.5° when measured by X-ray diffraction method using radiation of CuKα; crystallite size of the crystalline phase A of 16.0 nm or more.

EFFECT: higher ion conductivity of solid electrolyte.
