FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for forming a laminated web subjected to jet bonding. Laminated web contains a support layer and a non-woven fabric for projections, having multiple projections, which are preferably hollow. Laminated web also contains multiple holes which are scattered between projections. As a result of the jet bonding process, the fastening fluid medium is directed through the support layer and into the web for projections, which is located on the forming surface. Force of fastening fluid medium leads to connection of two layers to each other, and fluid medium leads to indentation of part of fibers in web for projections into holes provided on forming surface, thus forming hollow ledges. Force of fastening fluid also causes fibers of two layers to move around teeth in forming surface, thus forming holes.
EFFECT: technical result is to facilitate separation of skin from secretions, reducing distribution of discharge and providing a path of passage of discharge through skin-contacting non-woven layer in other layers of absorbent product, facilitating maintenance of skin wearing absorbent product cleaner.
