FIELD: wireless communication equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication. In accordance with the present invention, a common control signal is determined through a common control channel group (GCCC) for a new radio access technology (NR). User equipment (UE) receives common control signal from network via GCCC. Common control signal is for all UEs or groups of UEs in a cell. UE processes priority of common control signal in comparison with other signals. For example, the priority of the common control signal may be higher than the semi-static configured specifically for the UE configuration, and may be lower than the configuration configured as common for the cell or as a common for the group.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of mobile broadband communication in comparison with existing radio access technology.
