Method of receiving downlink control information by user equipment in a wireless communication system comprises steps of: receiving first information on reference spacing between subcarriers (SCS) from a plurality of SCS numerology, receiving downlink control information through a downlink physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) common for a group of terminals and obtaining slot format information from the downlink control information, wherein the downlink control information indicates a slot format based on the reference SCS and when the SCS of the terminal is different from the reference SCS, the terminal can convert the format of the reference SCS slot in accordance with the SCS terminal.

EFFECT: technical result consists in reduction of payload size of physical control channel of downlink (PDCCH), reduction of non-productive costs.
