SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, namely to pulmonology, and can be used in treating asthma. Methods of the invention involve administering one or more maintenance doses of an inhaled corticosteroid (ICS), one or more maintenance doses of beta₂-adrenergic long-acting agonist (LABA), an interleukin-4 (IL-4R) antibody killing dose or an antigen-binding fragment thereof, which specifically bind to IL-4R of 400 or 600 mg, wherein the antibody or its antigen-binding fragment comprises three sequences of complementarity-determining heavy chain (HCDR) segments comprising SEQ ID NO: 3, 4 and 5, respectively, and three sequences of complementarity-determining light chain regions (LCDR) containing SEQ ID NO: 6, 7 and 8, and one or more maintenance doses of said anti-IL-4R antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof, 200 or 300 mg.

EFFECT: using the group of inventions enables higher effectiveness of treating asthma by increasing the volume of forced expiratory flow in 1 s, reducing the number of night awakenings and exacerbations.
