SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means for encoding with error detection and correction. Device additionally comprises inter-stack summation unit, control input of which is connected to output of control unit, first and second inputs of inter-stack summation unit are connected to outputs of memory unit, output of unit of inter-stack accumulation is connected to third input of multiplexer; output of summation unit is connected to input of memory unit, control input of which is connected to output of control unit, control unit second input, which is input of feedback signal from receiving device transmitted through feedback channel output, and third input of transmitting device. At that, the receiving device additionally includes a soft solutions storage and modification unit, the first output-input of which through serially connected second iterative decoder, second unit for calculating checksum in decoded code word and second error control unit in decoded code word is connected to input of feedback channel.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of efficiency of noise-immune coding.
