FIELD: coding theory.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of coding theory, in particular to systems for combined coding with correction and error detection in order to increase the efficiency of spectrum use when transmitting data in a digital radio communication system. The effect is achieved by performing additional cyclic shifts in each of the interleaver banks, thereby increasing the distance spacing of the code symbols in the interleaver, which reduces the likelihood of errors in the radio data transmission channel.
EFFECT: invention allows significantly improving the properties of the remote diversity of interleaved symbols, thereby contributing to the solution of the problem of improving the quality of communication.
