SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of emulsion industrial explosives. Modular line for producing emulsion explosives includes a hopper of a hot oxidant solution (13), a fuel component hopper (30), emulsion matrix hopper (22), sodium nitrite hopper (2), water hopper (8), pumps and level, pressure and temperature sensors arranged in closed containers with trays rigidly fixed under the hoppers to localize leaks. Emulsion matrix hopper and the oxidizer hot solution hopper are provided with emulsification and mixing apparatus made up of bubbling tubes with air feed openings pneumatically connected to the compressor, a tubular water-type heater and a fine-mesh grid arranged thereover.

EFFECT: line is characterized by increased mobility, exclusion of movable parts from the emulsification unit, as well as high quality of the obtained emulsion.
