FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the mining industry, in particular to the drilling and blasting operations, to methods and means for the safe delivery of non-explosive components of explosive materials from the surface of the mine to the underground storage and from the latter to the bottom. Said storage is made in the form of a straight way with a length equal to the sum of the length of the reservoir for storing and delivering the emulsion matrix with the length of the delivery machine for the emulsion matrix, as well as the length of the technological gaps. Said storage is located above or between the intervals of mining, equipped with niches for storing containers with a gas-generating additive. As an additional mine opening, an inclined mine opening for the movement of self-propelled equipment, which is communicated with the surface, is used. Further, the reservoir for storage and issuance of the emulsion matrix is made in the form of a tank with a viewing hatch, loading, ventilation and drain pipes, fixed with the help of lodgments on the carrier frame. Said tank is equipped with vibration and ultrasonic level sensors, temperature sensors, as well as a ladder and railings in the upper part. Said niches for containers for gas-generating additives can be arranged at a height that ensures that the liquid pours from the containers under the action of gravity. Also, the area of the mine workings storage intended for storage and distribution of the emulsion matrix can be arranged at a height that allows the emulsion matrix to be poured from the delivery equipment under the action of gravity. Said storage can be connected by boreholes with filling stations of mixing and loading machines located on horizontal workings, and the tanks installed in it are hydraulically connected with points of filling of mixing and loading machines.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to reduce the volume of mining works and to increase the safety during the operation of the storage facility.
