FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to protection devices of microwave modules against external and internal parasitic electromagnetic radiation (EMR) and can be used for screening of microwave module units from any EMR. Device for shielding electronic assemblies of multilayer microwave board from EMR is a multilayer board with N-conducting layers and transition holes, in which wells are formed, on the bottom of which there are active (crystals) and passive elements to be screened, at that hollows are made along perimeter of wells of multilayer board in the form of closed groove filled with metal to form barrier screen representing vertical metallized wall connected with "Earth" potential conductor. In vertical metal-coated wall for high-frequency tracks in i-th conductive layer there are screening transitions – "sleeves", which are earthen polygons lying in conducting layers under (i+1) and above (i-1) track and connected along entire length of high-frequency path barrier screens located at distance equal to gap of coplanar transmission line from high-frequency track, wherein barrier screen and ground polygons are made of one metal or alloy of metals.
EFFECT: implementation of different-frequency microwave channels for signals simultaneously without effect of nodes of different frequencies on each other and simplification of design as a whole.
