FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, in particular to erection of enclosures on objects of high explosive and fire hazard, including those located in places of mass congestion of people and dense urban development, and can be used in gas stations of various purposes and storage facilities of hydrocarbon fuel. Flame-explosion protection design of the enclosure against fire hazards consists of a protective shield having cylindrical curvature. Screen is made of a set of metal expanded and drawn sheets laid on each other with shift in staggered order, providing formation of chaotic slots in screen with equivalent cross-section diameter of 2–8 mm, wherein sheet perforation has flake structure, slots of which face towards movement of shock wave or heat flow. Screen is rigidly attached to reinforced concrete or metal supports mounted on the foundation. Screen is directed inward towards the shock wave or heat flow, so that the angle of inclination of the lower part of the screen is close to the horizon, and then the screen is curved to the upper part at right angle to the horizon.
EFFECT: invention allows improving reliability of population and infrastructure protection against fire and explosion wave hazard factors.
