METHOD OF MANAGING THE PROCESSES OF CONDENSATION OF VAPORS IN THE ISOTHERMAL TANK AND REGASIFICATION OF LIQUEFIED HYDROCARBON GAS Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC F17C9/02 F17C13/02

Abstract RU 2681559 C1

FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the automation of technological processes. Method of controlling the vapour condensation process in an isothermal tank and the regasification of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) involves heating the liquefied gas to the evaporation temperature in the condenser of the vapour compression heat pump and then feeding it to the consumer. Liquefied gas vapour is withdrawn from the tank into the evaporator of the heat pump and condensed with subsequent supply to the tank. Measure the level of LPG and vapour pressure in the tank, the flow rate and temperature of LPG at the inlet to the evaporator, the boiling point of the refrigerant in the evaporator, the condensing temperature of the refrigerant in the condenser, the consumption of LPG vapour after the condenser. Temperature and the flow rate of vapour continuously determine the amount of heat supplied with the vapour flow of LPG from the tank to the evaporator, in accordance with which the drive power of the compressor is set. Affect the boiling point of the refrigerant in the evaporator by regulating the pressure of the refrigerant throttling through the thermostatic valve. Stabilize the level of LPG in the tank, corresponding to 85 % of the volume of the tank, by affecting the consumption of LPG supplied to the tank.

EFFECT: invention allows to ensure the accuracy and reliability of control.
