SUBSTANCE: closed-type car park with increased explosion and fire safety and a method for using such a car park, while the car park includes a car park lot divided into sections by curtains made of slow-burning material, alarm and fire extinguishing systems. The curtains are made transparent and have a tape structure that ensures the passage of the car through it, the lower part of the tapes of the curtains is equipped with weighting agents that prevent swinging, while the curtains are fixed on the ceilings, near which, in the upper part of the curtains, there is an irrigation pipeline connected to the pumping unit, the openings of which are turned to the side of the curtain. In each separate section, cars with one type of fuel can be placed. In case of fire, after the alarm system is triggered, the pumping unit is turned on, water is supplied to the pipeline, and a curtain of slow-burning material is sprinkled with water, which delays the spread of fire hazards throughout the park lot. In the event of a gas explosion, due to the rejection of tapes with weighting agents fixed in their lower part, the energy of the shock wave is extinguished, and the fragments and the thermal pulse are weakened by the tapes of the above-mentioned curtain.

EFFECT: increase in the explosion and fire safety of a closed parking lot.
