SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of cryptography, namely to formation of coding/decoding key and may be used as separate element in building of symmetric cryptographic systems, intended for transmission of coded speech, sound, television and other messages. Method provides for generation of initial sequences, coding of initial sequences, formation of primary sequences, correction of primary sequences, formation of secondary sequences, performance of mismatch procedure of secondary sequences and, formation of tertiary sequences, correction of tertiary sequences, formation of key sequences, formation of coding/decoding key on legal grounds of communication direction by means of performance of simple protocol of key sequences compression on legal grounds of communication connection.
EFFECT: increased resistance of formed coding/decoding key to compromise from the violator side.
