FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: schematic diagram of a thyristor voltage regulator, comprising a main and a booster transformers, two thyristor keys, a photosensitive unit in the form of two measuring transformers, two null elements, an “AND” logic element, a comparator unit in form of a null element, "OR" and "AND" logic elements, an amplifier, the output of which is connected to the control electrodes of the first thyristor unit, a delay element, the input of which is connected to the measuring voltage transformer through the auxiliary null member of the amplifier, output of which is connected to control electrodes of the second thyristor keys unit, measuring voltage transformer, auxiliary zero element, which input is connected parallel to output of measuring voltage transformer, and its output through delay element is connected to one of inputs of auxiliary logical element "AND", second input of which is connected directly to output of comparator unit, and its output is to control electrodes of second block of thyristor keys through amplifier, logical element "AND", one of the inputs of which is connected to the output of the comparator unit through the "NOT" logic element, and the second input of the “AND” logic element through the delay element and the auxiliary null element is connected in parallel to the output of the measuring voltage transformer, output of logical “AND” element is connected to input of auxiliary logical element "OR", second input of which is directly connected to output of photosensitive unit, and the output of the "OR" auxiliary logic element is connected through the amplifier to the control electrodes of the first thyristor keys unit, expanded by two "AND" logic elements, standing between the amplifiers of each thyristor keys unit and control circuits, wherein one of "AND" elements inputs is connected to additional input, which supplies signal, for transfer of alternating voltage controller into additional mode of short circuit currents limitation. In case of operation in voltage control mode – from control device to input of device comes logic zero, which allows to supply control signals from voltage regulator circuit to corresponding units of thyristor keys and allows autotransformer to operate in main mode of booster. In the additional mode of limitation of short-circuit currents from the control device there is a logic unit, at that to thyristor groups signals for unlocking from amplifiers will not come, booster transformer will work as a throttle, its inductance resistance will increase sharply, wherein the short-circuit current flowing through the main and booster transformers will be considerably reduced.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at regulation of voltage in electric networks and on limitation of short-circuit currents in electric networks.
