FIELD: aviation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of combined transport vehicles, in particular, to the aircraft (hereinafter – AC) based on cars. Aircraft with vertical take-off and landing comprises engine with shaft, housing, impeller and reduction gear. Impeller is structurally connected to the disk and has two blade rings. One of the blade rings is located in the ring formed by the rotor shell and the outer edge of the disc, and the other one is located under the inner edge of the rotor blades. Reduction gear is connected with impeller and engine shaft to rotate impeller in opposite direction relative to rotor. Outer edges of the rotor blades are connected to the shell, and inner edges are connected to the barrel, which is connected to the engine shaft. Converters are arranged evenly under formed ring, outlets of each of them have square section equal in area to their inputs, and they are fixed relative to rotating shell with bearing screw. Input of each air duct is structurally connected to output of one of converters, and their outputs are combined into four groups, each of which forms dense matrix enclosed in tube.

EFFECT: higher speed of aircraft movement in space.
