EFFECT: providing seamless transmission of functions of a resource control unit (RCU) or RCU context information from one element to another element, including aspects of scheduling a MAC protocol for suppressing interference within a cluster of a single-frequency network (SFN cluster) when the corresponding SFN cluster moves, expands or contracts.
