FIELD: radio communication.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for controlling access to a radio communication channel in a single-frequency communication network, in which several base stations simultaneously transmit the same data to a user device (UE). To improve the reliability of receiving a random access response, the method includes: transmitting, from a first plurality of base stations, a group of random access parameters common to the first plurality of base stations of a single frequency communication network; reception by the second plurality of base stations of the random access preamble transmitted by the UE, while the second plurality of base stations coincides with the first plurality of base stations or is a subset thereof; simultaneous transmission of multiple responses to the random access preamble from the third plurality of base stations of the single frequency communication network to the UE, while the third plurality of base stations coincides with the second plurality of base stations or is a subset thereof, and all base stations from the third plurality of base stations transmit the same responses using the same resources; reception by the fourth plurality of base stations of a scheduled transmission in response to a plurality of replies, wherein the fourth plurality of base stations coincides with or is a subset of the third plurality of base stations, and forwards the received transmission, including transmission reception quality information, to an SFN-RA; and synchronously transmission by the fifth plurality of base stations of the collision clearance message to the UE in accordance with the commands of the SFN-RA controller, wherein the fifth plurality of base stations coincides with the fourth plurality of base stations or is a subset thereof, the SFN-RA controller selects the fifth plurality of base stations and generates a conflict clearing message when analyzing transmission reception quality information, and reception of the conflict clearing message by the UE ends the access procedure.
EFFECT: improving the reliability of receiving a random access response.
