FIELD: data processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to information processing means for smoothing and prediction of stationary and non-stationary random processes. Digital predictive device, which includes: a smoothing unit, a register and a multiplexer, wherein outputs of each m=1, 2, 4, 8, 16 and 32 channels are input to information inputs of the multiplexer, the address input of which is connected to the output of the register, input of the latter is connected to the first control input of the device for setting the degree of smoothing; a prediction unit comprising a history buffer from a register memory unit, a multiplexer, an inverter and an adder; mode trigger; a prediction dynamics control unit comprising a prediction time setting input register, the input of which is the device control input, the prediction time setting h, the inverter, the counter and the multiplexer, output of multiplexer is connected to address input of multiplexer of history buffer, address input of multiplexer of subblock is connected to direct ("1") output of mode trigger, and output of subunit is output of device.
EFFECT: technical result consists in expansion of functional capabilities by doubling the forecast time in two times with the same volume of the memory buffer.
