SUBSTANCE: invention relates to computer engineering. Technical result is achieved by a digital predictive device, which includes: a smoothing unit comprising m=32 series-connected channels, a register, a multiplexer; a prediction unit comprising a history buffer from a register memory unit, a multiplexer, an inverter and an adder; mode flip-flop; a prediction dynamics control unit comprising a prediction time setting input register, an inverter, a counter and a multiplexer; unit for switching operating mode of device from stationary to dynamic, comprising two registers of storage of current and previous discretes of speed of process, comparator, two elements AND, reverse counter and element OR; a clock node comprising three delay elements, wherein prediction unit includes subunit for calculating prediction code in stationary mode, comprising adder and multiplexer, and predictive code correction circuit on dynamics, comprising adder.

EFFECT: simplifying the device by implementing a linear prediction algorithm in a stationary mode, which enables to increase the prediction depth to a complete basic period of storage of the history.
