SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely dermatovenereology and cosmetology, and can be used in combined treatment of severe acne. That is ensured by taking systemic isotretinoin 0.5 mg/kg to achieve a course dose of 120 mg/kg of body weight. Face washing is performed by means of Lipikar Syndet AP+ in the morning and in the evening. After each washing, Tolerian Sensitive Rich is applied moisturizing cream for the whole treatment period. At the beginning of systemic isotretinoin intake, 10 procedures of phonophoresis with Tolerian Sensitive Rich moisturizing cream are performed on the face area.

EFFECT: method provides reducing a number of complications in the form of exacerbation of the skin process and skin dryness with high therapeutic effectiveness by expanding the range of skin care products over-dried during treatment and deeper administration of the moisturizing agent by phonophoresis.
