In the presence of inflammatory and non-inflammatory elements, clindamycin phosphate gel 1% is used daily for 14–30 days in a complex with daily use of adapalene 0.1% once day for 3–12 months. If observing non-inflammatory elements and non-porous skin, adapalene 0.1% is used once day for 3–12 months, in the presence of non-inflammatory elements, porous and oily skin, a combined preparation containing adapalene 0.1% and benzoyl peroxide 2.5% is used, which is applied daily once day for 3–12 months. Chemical peel used is SKIN Recovery in the presence of more than 5 inflammatory and non-inflammatory elements or A.C.N.E 3 pHformula in the presence of up to 5 inflammatory and non-inflammatory elements.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to prolong remission, to prevent scarring, to narrow pores, improve regulation of sebaceous glands and reduce manifestations of post-acne spots due to combined application of drug therapy and cosmetic treatment of affected skin areas.
