FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment. Retractor of tissues for endoscopic increasing mammoplasty, comprising a handle for gripping and retractor retention in the desired position, is made of active and passive parts, note here that said active part consists of case with grip for grip and retention. Electromagnet composed of outer magnetic conductor in the form of barrel, inner magnet core in form of steel rod and groove in slot formed by gap between inner and outer magnetic conductors is arranged inside the case. At the rod end there is a disk permanent magnet with formation of its one end surface of common plane with end surface of external magnetic conductor. Winding is connected to alternating current source through step-down transformer and rectifier. Passive part is a permanent magnet in the form of a disc magnetized in an axial direction.
EFFECT: more comfortable operation of the operating surgeon due to higher accuracy of changing the geometry of the formed implant pocket and exposure of tissues in an operating wound.
