FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to neurosurgery. Hematoma is removed through a milling hole in the cranial arch under visual control by means of an endoscope. Rigid endoscope with an optic angular direction is used for visual inspection. Removal is performed through hole smaller than 12 mm. Cavity required for vision is created by brain retraction in the area of the opening. Instruments for hematoma removal are inserted into a hole nearby the endoscope.
EFFECT: method eliminates cerebral trauma with an endoscope, enables complete removal of both liquid haematomas and blood clots, requires no expensive flexible surgical endoscopes and instruments.
