SMART SENSOR DEVELOPMENT SYSTEM Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC G01D3/00

Abstract RU 2714039 C1

FIELD: monitoring and measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to control and measurement equipment, in particular to automatic and automated systems for developing intelligent sensors by "training" during calibration, and can be used in instrument engineering during development, manufacturing and diagnostics of intelligent sensors and measuring systems of various types. System for developing an intelligent sensor comprises: a reference signal generator, a primary measurement transducer, a processor, an artificial neural network structure setting device, automated training workstation (shaper f-1), the first and the second subtracting devices interconnected in accordance with the block diagram in fig. 2. System for designing an intelligent sensor is based on the overall effect of using two technologies – system identification technology based on the general principle of isomorphism and the technology of developing and training artificial neural networks.

EFFECT: simple procedures for designing sensors based on use of the new technology of individual calibration and training according to the invention, as a result of which an "intelligent" sensor can be obtained, which provides both the recovery of the physical quantity acting on it with a given accuracy in the entire range of operating conditions, and the selective increase of sensitivity in the range of variation of the measured physical quantity which is unique for a sensor of a specific type.
