SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of controlling the operation of a section of the railway with the construction of a single schedule. The system contains block 1 of sensors of parameters of the state of agents of the transport system, block 2 of memory, block 3 of forming data sets about agents, PC 4 of the second operator's WKS, memory block 5 with a database of thematic data on agents and an intelligent block 6 for forming a model, a memory block 7 with a database on the rules of agent behavior, block 8 for intelligent modeling of agent behavior, block 9 for forming a digital model of a transport agent system, block 10 for forming a model interface, PC 11 of the first operator's WKS, block 12 for forming an operational control model, block 13 for forming a BIM model, block 14 for forming a tactical and strategic planning model.
EFFECT: provides possibility of expanding the scope of the system usage,
