SUBSTANCE: claimed solution provides for a digital switching network, consisting of backbone switches of the digital network, interconnected by multiply duplicated channels, to the outputs of which the inputs of the subscriber switches are connected, to the outputs of which the subscriber equipment is connected, while the digital switching network is connected to intelligent sensors of environmental parameters integrated into an artificial neural network of an object, equipment for intra-object communication and broadcasting, basic broadband transceiver modules of a positioning system, stationary IP video cameras with a face recognition system, an information distribution unit, an information documentation unit, a data processing unit based on artificial intelligence, an interface module for interfacing with object systems, mobile sensors of the positioning system and an OCIS automated workplace.
EFFECT: creation of an object communication and information system (OCIS), which has advanced functionality, and serves to improve the safety of the operation of high-risk locations.
