FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to valve device with wheel protection against overheating. Valve device comprises wheel overheat protection valve, including body restricting channel; piston slidably installed inside the channel; a bushing installed on the piston and inside the channel; a first diaphragm arranged on the first end of the piston and limiting the first chamber in the channel; a second diaphragm arranged at the second end of the piston and limiting the second chamber in the channel, wherein between the first and second diaphragms a third chamber is formed; and an outlet channel formed in the housing and communicating with the third chamber in fluid communication. Valve device also includes a brake cylinder line providing fluid communication between the brake cylinder, first chamber and third chamber, and an emergency braking reservoir line, providing fluid communication between the emergency braking reservoir and the second chamber.
EFFECT: by means of the invention pressure is released from the brake cylinder during operation of the braking system, which can prevent the state of overheating of the wheels.
