FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a polymerisation method in bulk for producing polydienes. Method is realized by providing at least one diene monomer (DM) and optionally at least one comonomer (COM). At least one diene monomer (DM) and optionally at least one comonomer (COM) with the catalyst system (CS) are brought into contact to form a reaction mixture (RM). Reaction mixture (RM) is polymerised in at least one reactor vessel (RV). Reaction mixture (RM) contains a solvent, a diluent and/or a dispersant in an amount of ≤10 wt% of the total weight of the reaction mixture (RM). Converting ratio of diene monomer (DM) and optionally comonomer (COM) is ≥80 %. Reaction mixture (RM) contains at least one diene monomer (DM) in amount of ≥50.0 wt%.

EFFECT: method of polymerisation in bulk to obtain dienes provides high degree of monomer conversion of at least 80 % and leads to output of polydienes with improved characteristics.
