FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for analyzing composition of solid substances. Essence of the invention is that a multi-element X-ray radiometric analyzer of substance composition comprises a sensor with an X-ray source, a collimator, a filter converter, a detector, a preamplifier and a helium flow chamber, an analogue-to-digital converter, a counting-recording device, further comprising a sample holder which enables translational movement of the sample relative to the source and detector outside the inner volume of the helium flow chamber in a plane perpendicular to the vertical axis of the helium flow chamber at a constant distance from the surface of the sample, and helium flow chamber has the shape of a right hollow inverted triangular prism, on one lateral side of which there is an X-ray source, on the other lateral side there is an inlet for the helium flow and a detector, the third side of which is the base of the helium flow chamber, has an outlet for the helium flow, which is made in the form of a circular hole located in the center of the base of the helium flow chamber above the surface of the sample, and serves simultaneously input window of sensor, and the distance from the surface of the sample to the outer surface of the base of the helium flow chamber does not exceed 1/10 of the distance from the center of the detector window to the center of the outlet of the helium flow chamber on the side of the outer surface of the base.

EFFECT: high accuracy of analysis, high sensitivity threshold, wider range of determined concentrations and high representative analysis.
