FIELD: materials research methods.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for analyzing the composition of matter in a stream. The substance lies in the fact that the device contains an X-ray source, a detector, a special radiator, a digital spectrometer, a digital information transmission device installed in the housing of the measuring sensor, a control computer, a distance sensor, while the device also contains an indicator of the surface level of the analyte located between the analyte and the distance sensor, which has a ski-like shape with bends at both ends, which has the ability to slide along the surface of the analyte, and also a switching device capable of generating a control signal, a control device having the ability to change the distance from the measuring sensor to the analyte surface, the distance sensor and the control device are mechanically connected to the body of the measuring sensor.
EFFECT: improving the accuracy and stability of measurements, expanding the scope.
