SUBSTANCE: invention relates to satisfaction of human needs. Hair drying and curling device comprises bearing element arranged on wearer's head in the form of hollow body connected to air supply branch pipe and made with elements resting on forehead and occiput or lower occipital region of head. Tubes arranged around the head and having through holes communicated with said branch pipe are connected to said case. Tubes are thin-walled from polymer material with holes in walls along whole surface of wall of each tube, located around head in direction from case down to arms of user and arched in convex direction from user's head. Transverse size of at least part of said holes is larger than tube wall thickness and larger than transverse size of web between adjacent holes. Each tube has radial projections extending radially from the wall and located on the outer side of the tube relative to the side of the tube facing the user.

EFFECT: disclosed is a hair drying and curling device.
