SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to agriculture, specifically to a composition for producing a fodder additive, a method and a process line for production thereof. Composition for production of fodder additive includes organic wastes and sorbent. Sorbent used is calcium oxide and an inorganic sorbent agroionite, and organic wastes are poultry droppings or pork manure with a certain ratio of components. Fodder additive production method is characterized by that poultry droppings or pork manure is mixed with calcium oxide, then with agroionite, or poultry droppings or pig manure is mixed with a mixture of calcium oxide and agroionite, followed by stirring and drying. Process line includes a receiver-mixer equipped with a mixer and sorbent dosing unit, a drying unit, a cyclone, conveyors, as well as is equipped with a sorbent accumulator and a storage bin of treated poultry droppings or pig manure, wherein the drying unit is made in the form of a drum dryer with a heat generator.
