FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: complex includes poultry yards, pigsties, biogas and pyrolysis plants, a thermal power plant, a system of multiple-field crop rotations to grow fodder crops. Number of the fields in the system of multiple-field crop rotations complies with number of grown types of fodder crops to provide fodder ration of poultry and fodder ration of pigs. Poultry yards and pigsties of the complex have trenches for collection of poultry droppings and pig's dung, connected to a department of breeding and drying of muckworms and a department of clean drying of poultry droppings. The specified departments are connected to a department of fodder preparation using dry worms in making fodders. The thermal power plant is connected to biogas and pyrolysis plants to supply thermal and electric energy into poultry yards, pigsties, the department of fodder making, the department of ecologically clean drying of poultry droppings, the department of muckworms breeding and drying. The department of fodder making comprises weight-metres and batchers of fodder crops and weight-metres and batchers of dry worms and dry droppings. To ensure economically optimal control of the complex and consumption of utilities of any type, the complex includes an automatic control system. The control system is equipped with two control units, a computer unit, two controllers of fresh droppings part and fresh dung part flow, a unit of setters of a value of signals of generated values of fresh droppings part and fresh dung part flow, least and highest technologically permissible values of generated signals of fresh droppings part and fresh dung part and sensors. Sensors of fresh droppings and fresh dung flow are connected to the first and second inputs of the computer unit. The first and second outputs of the computer unit are connected accordingly to the inputs of the first and second control units. Sensors of temperature and relative humidity in the premises of the department of ecologically clean drying of poultry droppings are connected to the third and fourth inputs of the computer unit. Sensors of temperature and relative humidity in the premises of the department of muckworms breeding and drying are connected accordingly to the fifth and sixth inputs of the computer unit. The first and second outputs of the computer unit are connected accordingly to the first and second control units. The output of the first control unit is connected to the second input of the first flow controller, and the output of the second control unit is connected to the second input of the second flow controller. A droppings pump is connected to the output of the first flow controller, and a dung pump is connected to the output of the second flow controller. Output of the unit of setters of a value of signals of generated values of fresh droppings part and fresh dung part flow, least and highest technologically permissible values of generated signals of fresh droppings part and fresh dung part flow is connected to additional inputs of the computer unit.
EFFECT: invention will make it possible to provide rational consumption of utilities of any type during waste-free production of poultry farming and swine breeding products.
