FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: present invention refers to medicine, namely to a method for assessing the clinical effectiveness of zooantroponoze trichophytosis. A method for assessing the clinical effectiveness of zooantroponoze trichophytosis involves determining the functional activity of venous blood cells: on 10th day of treatment, a general clinical blood test is performed, a leukocyte modified intoxication index (LMII) is calculated by formula: LMII=(mc.+pl.+y.+bc.+s.)/(l.+m.+e.+b.), where: mc. – myelocytes; y. – young; bc. – band cell; s. – segmented neutrophils; pl. – plasma cells; l. – lymphocytes; m – monocytes; e. – eosinophils; b. – basophils, and with LMII value of 2.5 s.u. and higher treatment efficiency is considered to be low, and if value is 2.4 s.u. and lower is high.
EFFECT: disclosed method provides higher accuracy of evaluation and shorter analysis time.
