FIELD: current conducting rails.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to current-conducting rails. Bimetallic current-conducting rail contains a bearing and an overhead element, at that the bearing element is made of material based on light metal and has in cross-section the double-tie bar shape. Head of double tee is made with face surface, on which an overlay element made of material based on more solid metal is installed. Head face surface is made in U-shaped cross-section with chamfered angles of this shape. Overlapping element is made in cross section in form of bent channel installed on front surface of head with interference. At that, in the shelves of channel of the applied element and in the I-beam of the bearing element there are coaxially arranged round holes in each pair of which there is a transverse connecting element of rod type with fixation from spontaneous exit from holes. Also disclosed is bimetal rail manufacturing method.
EFFECT: technical result consists in the bimetallic rail manufacturing technology simplification with preservation of the main parameters of mechanical and electrical communication.
