FIELD: materials handling facilities; rail structures of heavy cranes. crane rail structure has crane runway girder, rail and brake beam. Crane runway girder is I- section with wall pointed upwards. Split rail is made of two wear-resistant steel equal-flange angle sections, each provided with two heads pointed outwards. Angle sections are connected with wall of crane runway girder and are connected to each other by fastening members brake beam has flanged edge connected with wall of crane runway girder. Rail is connected from below with crane runway girder by means of special member bent to smooth curve, and with brake beam, by channel with webs pointed upwards to form closed box section in assembly with crane runway girder and brake beam. EFFECT: increased service life and improved repairability of crane rail structure with reduced material usage. 1 dwg
