FIELD: test equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of testing samples of materials at complex loading and can be used together with stands for physical modeling of geomechanical processes on samples of rocks and equivalent materials. Thermal loader comprises a platform, a friction disk with a rotary drive, a support pad made of heat-conducting material, a device for mutual pressing of the disc and the platform, thermo-loading container of heat-conducting material, fixed on support platform and filled with heat-conducting medium. Thermal loader is additionally equipped with two hydraulic cylinders with pistons, on each of which refrigerating plant and heater are installed, as well as device for synchronous opposite displacement of pistons relative to their hydraulic cylinders, wherein thermal loading reservoir is made in the form of cylinder with end covers and separating piston, and under piston cavities of separating piston are connected to corresponding hydraulic cylinders, one of which is filled with heat conducting medium.
EFFECT: possibility of performing tests both at smooth and stepped thermal loading of samples with possibility of changing both change rate and value of thermal load stages, and their sign, which improves quality of testing of samples of materials at test benches with thermal load.
