FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the continuous steel casting. Proposed device comprises reactor furnace (1) with crucible (7), transport metal duct (4) with horizontal slot nozzle assembly (6) and induction motor (3). Transport metal duct (4) comprises a tee union, drain pipe (9) with dropping pipe (10) and pressure pipe (8). Induction motor (3) is located in zone of T-joint and ensures melt recirculation along closed hydraulic circuit and forcing melt of steel from crucible via metal duct (4) into pressure pipe (8) and into horizontal slot nozzle (6). Closed hydraulic circuit includes crucible (7), metal duct (4) and drain pipe (9) with dropping branch pipe (10).
EFFECT: combining of melt recirculation processes in crucible and creation of required metallostatic head in slot nozzle.
