FIELD: monitoring systems.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of modeling complex organizational and technical systems and can be used in the design of automated control systems for communication systems. Technical result is achieved by forecasting total costs caused by failures i-th control objects CO without their replacement, total costs forecasting caused by failures i-th CO, if their replacement was performed, simulation of determination of time interval for preventive replacement i-th CO at compliance of predicted costs, simulation of recovery process i-th CO by preventive replacement method, simulation of MCS reliability indicators control process.
EFFECT: increase the reliability of the assessment of simulated processes.
