SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of modeling complex organizational and technical systems and can be used in the design of automated control systems for communication systems. Technical result is achieved due to simulation of structure and topology of distributed communication systems monitoring system, determining reference values of norms of all n-parameters i-x of monitoring objects, generating a database of reference values of norms of all n-parameters i-x of monitoring objects, measurement of n-parameters ix of monitoring objects, determination of technical state ix of monitoring objects, change and reconfiguration of monitoring system taking into account technical state of i-x monitoring objects, prediction of technical condition of measurement instruments of i-x monitoring objects, determination of calibration intervals taking into account technical state forecast of measurement equipment of ix control objects.
EFFECT: increase the reliability of the assessment of simulated processes.
